Trenorth operates in the Business to Business Sector
Before the days of the internet and websites, companies would prepare leaflets and pamphlets, send them to prospective clients, and hope for the best. With response rates for B2B marketing efforts less than 3%, that means that 97 out of every 100 leaflets either end up in the trash or clutter your intray for a couple of weeks. We didn't know who you were then. So, just because you are reading this, it means that our 'electronic' leaflet has stopped our contribution to the problem of waste in making paper, BUT knowing who you are doesn't make a difference. You could be a casual browser, just looking at where our Gareth works, or just checking the competition. Therefore, we cannot class you as a 'hot-lead' to follow up. So cookies serve no purpose, so we don't use them.

We do not collect any personal data, so you are totally anonymous
Why? Trenorth works with clients that either approach us or with whom we have made personal contact. Reading this website is like reading a magazine you may have found in the back seat of an Airbus 800 flying to Dubai. Okay, you know who we are, but there is absolutely no point in assuming anything about you, how you found the magazine in the first place or even how the magazine (sent to an address in New York, left at JFK, carried to London, now somewhere at 34,000ft above Europe) got to you in the first place. So, if you are a serious potential client, you will approach us, then you will become part of our standard back-office systems. AT this point, we will know who you are and the company you work with.
But until then, for all we know, you could be about to award us with a multi-million dollar facilities management contract or just simply be a totally bored flight attendant reading this magazine on a break. If you are about to give us a huge contract, please phone us NOW and take advantage of our hospitality, or if you are reading this out of shear boredom, then we hope that you have enjoyed the site, found it pleasing and given us an reason not to fire our graphic artists, coders, art-directors and copy-writers.
But, we will never know. We don't collect any personal data whatsoever.
Caveat Please be aware however, that your internet service provider, your browser and search engine may well be aware of you seeing this site, or for that matter, your whole search history. What they collect is beyond our control. But for a small fee, we could even tell you how to avoid their data collection.
